ABOUT ME
Johnny Lascha (LaShay)
Certified Health & Life Coach at Beachside Health & Life Coaching, LLC.
After turning 60, I felt this weight on my shoulders. I felt like time was running out. My first wake-up call was living through Stage III throat cancer. Kidney Cancer 7 years later was my second wake-up call. Although both cancers got my attention, the problem was, I didn’t know how to plan for the future. I was always waiting for that next shoe to drop. The truth is, no one knows when their time is up.

As I entered my 3rd trimester of life, I felt like I was living on borrowed time and that I better make the most of the time I had left. But how? Over the years, with the help of my wife, we built a thriving business which helped us become debt-free. But now I was looking at retirement and it scared the crap out of me.

I mentioned some of the struggles in my past, but on the whole, my first two trimesters were great! So, now what? This was not an easy question to answer. I looked back on the things that I learned in business, marriage, society and school. Not only had I gained a lot of knowledge, I also learned a ton of losing strategies. The more I learned, the more I realized the amount of losing strategies that I employed in my business, marriage and personal life. Over time, I’ve learned better strategies centered around personal happiness, lowering stress and having more energy at 64 than I did at 40.

What turned the corner was creating a vision for what my next chapter would look like. I imagined myself 90-years of age, looking back over the past 30-years. I imagined two different outcomes. One kept me waiting for that third shoe to drop, while the other filled me with joy, curiosity, and hope. It was then that I decided that my third trimester of life was going to be my BEST! Once I had that vision locked in, my behaviors started to change. I began doing things that pointed me towards the future I desired. Then something else happened. I felt this burning desire to share what I’ve learned, to help people let go of the things holding them back. It was then, I decided to become a certified life & health coach, to share what I've learned. Although I had a ton of life experience, I decided that if I was going to do this, I better do the right way. After 500 hours of study and 300 hours of coaching and being coached, I now know how to help people in a way that is effective, fun and efficient. It won’t happen overnight but, but helping people choose small steps that align with your personal vision will turn stress to joy quicker than imagined.

Carisa & Teresa, two of my clients, wanted to share their experience with you.
“Working with Johnny has been a great opportunity to learn more about myself and the reasons behind the choices I make. He has helped me to make small changes that have a big impact when done consistently. I am still a work in progress, but now I know how to do the work. He helped me to reframe my thoughts in a positive way at times when I felt unable to do so on my own.”

Or like Teresa from NY. “I have been going through an extremely hard time in my life. My husband decided to leave me with 3 little ones. I was going through an identity crisis and felt lost and confused. Johnny came in with his new perspective and helped me see things differently. He helped build me back up in those 90 days.”
